MARCH 2011 | DARE TO CARE GOES INTERNATIONAL
Dare to Care: Transforming Schools Through an Ethics of Care recently screened for the Social and Emotional Education (SEE)
working group at the Marcelino Botin Foundation in Santander, Spain. This is an international group representing Canada,
Spain, Finland, Portugal, Singapore and Australia brought together by the Botin Foundation with the aim of sharing information
about the center's approaches and initiatives around the world.

SEPTEMBER 2010 | DARE TO CARE SCREENING
The 2010 Global Community Film Festival will be screening DARE TO CARE this month.
The documentary was directed and produced by Darcy Van Poelgeest and Mike Hawley, and takes a critical
look at education in North America.
